Our utilities include: a common kitchen, bathrooms, coin op washer/dryers, and a common lounge area, which is equipped with WiFi, cable and exercise equipment.
With easy access to Bus service, we are conveniently located behind University of Hawaii Honolulu Community College – across from Costco, near Home Depot and Best Buy – and only walking distance away from Hawaii Pacific University.
Rental Requirements:
• Move-in and set up fee $100
• Mandatory Credit Check
• Mandatory Background Check
• Refundable deposit equal to one month rent.
• One-time common area maintenance fee $175 will be charged at the end of the lease term.
*all prices per person plus 4.712% tax
